The main aim during a Bike-fit is to optimise your position to get you more
comfortable, energy efficient and faster on your bike.
It all starts with the feet, ensuring cleats are positioned correctly, foot is supported correctly in the shoe/on the pedal then working up the kinetic chain Saddle height/position/angle are optimised for efficient powerful pedalling whilst providing comfort & support. The ideal position for the bars is then determined by the riding style of the rider, flexibility and core body strength.
